On-campus stadium update: USF searching for construction partner
As the university inches closer to beginning construction on the on-campus stadium, USF has now taken one step forward in materializing the $340 million project.
USF is searching for a partner to construct the on-campus stadium.

Approximately 30 firms were in attendance.
The solicitations allow firms to submit bids in order to construct the stadium.

The university intends to notify the selected firm on April 2.
An architect will be separately contracted to the university, the document stated.

During December’s Board of Trustees (BOT) meeting, the university emphasized the importance of finding a “diverse” supplier. Michael Hernandez, assistant director of procurement services, reaffirmed that sentiment on Wednesday.
Renderings for the 35,000-capacity stadium were released on Dec. 5,
The document says construction for the sports performance center is May 2026.
