Live Stalking
With Livestock 2002, 98 Rock took the annual weekend concert to a new level. This year, there was plenty of action with two main stages set side by side. As a band was playing on one stage, the other was being set up for the next act. 98 Rock also threw in more audio power and a giant TV screen for live shots and special effects.
As far as talent goes, 98 Rock kept up its tradition of a good mix of local bands along with up-and-coming national acts, not to mention the big names, such as Kid Rock and Rob Zombie.
As usual, the pits were wild, hot and dusty, but that didn’t stop anyone from having a great time. When Stone Temple Pilots finished its set on Sunday, satisfied yet weary concert-goers made their way back to everyday life, waiting to see what’s in store for next year’s event.
